Requirements:
Demonstrated writing experience in business topics, accounting and finance preferred. Experience in writing to a sales audience a plus, with experience writing sales training materials preferred.
Prior experience writing for external clients, 2+ years experience writing on a fixed-bid or freelance basis would be preferred.
Instructional design skills, including working with client to draw out details and structure. Developing content outline. Experience in an eLearning environment highly desirable.
Proven track record of delivering on time and within scope. Can manage his/her own time and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and professional skills including working on a team and interacting with clients.
Preference will be given to candidates physically located in the Puget Sound area to facilitate attending project meetings in the Bellevue-area office.
Existing home office setup.
BA/BS degree or higher preferred.
